I have never tried Glo Bars, but am a huge fan of the "Oh She Glows" site. I've heard such amazing things about these bars, and would LOVE to give them a try! Great idea !! Why I want to participate? For multiple reasons:
1/ I'm a man and I don't know why women only would have the chance to win. :-)
2/ I'm French and all my friends in France can't believe me when I say that many people in the U.S are not fat and have an healthy life style. They also don't believe me when I say that many brands are doing a great job providing some healthy products.
3/ I'm into running for a little while and I'm trying to find the perfect diet and I believe that this kind of product may be an interesting experience.

I want to try those bars as I've been seeing them around blogs FOREVER but thought it was a US product that would cost a fortune to ship here! I have a super busy month coming up with work, finals, my best friend and goddaughter moving home being just a few things going on before the middle of April. I need something portable that won't get bruised and battered in my bag, require heating or a freezer pack, or make a huge mess. These would be perfect.

My vision right now is balance... I'm taking small steps, but I envision more (ie. adequate) sleep, more exercise (but in a balanced way - my plan is to exercise for less time more often, as opposed to doing a superduper long hard workout), and staying on top of school work. I was so excited to see you were having a Glo Bar giveaway. I've been following Angela's blog for about two months now and I've been DYING to try her Glo Bars. The bars are reasonably priced but shipping to the US is expensive and I just don't have that kind of money right now. I'm a starving student earning my MA in teaching. My new "vision" for 2010 is to form a more healthy relationship with food. Things were fine until I decided to lose a few pounds starting about a year ago, and consequently fell into some unhealthy habits. So now I'm focusing on listening to my body's cues (since I really do love fruits and vegetables!) and acknowledge that bits of dark chocolate are also a healthy necessity - for a balanced diet and balanced mental state!

Congratulations on your decision to change careers. I went to nursing school in my early 30s after being a teacher for a number of years. There is something so exciting about change.

My new vision for life is that I want to find some way to incorporate my passion for running, food, and blogging into a career. It might take me ten years to come up with something, but it's fun to think about!

I've been dying to try Angela's Glo Bars since I discovered her food blog in summer 2009. She is the biggest inspiration I have ever come across and I love her philosophies on nutrition and life!
Oh man, there are already nearly 200 comments! Everyone wants a Glo Bar.
I actually just ate my very first Glo Bar today - less than ten minutes ago in fact. It was delicious, and I feel good about putting something healthy in my body first thing in the morning when it's time to go-go-go! I think this will become a permanent habit (along with green monsters).
I really want to try Glo Bars but the cost of shipping to the U.S. is as much as the bars themselves! I would love to have something nutritious and easy as a pre- or post-workout snack!
