Bondi Band Review & giveaway

Happy Sunday all--I took yesterday off of everything!! I hung out at a BBQ for a bike shop in town, went for a walk with my friend Jenna, watched a movie and took a NAP! Unheard of. No work, no training, no clients, no blogging, I even tried to unplug entirely from the interwebs. That part half way worked!

Friday was SUCH a great mail day, I got a number of great packages--one from Bondi Band!! I LOVE hair accessories, but when I am exercising I just want that mane tamed. I have a whole arsenal of bands, clips etc...none of which work that great.

I KNEW that I would LOVE Bondi Bands, they are fashionable, they are WIDE to keep all those stray hairs off my face and keep them from sticking to my sweaty self. There is nothing worse!

What I love also is the back of the band tapers down to a little narrow knot which doesn't move! Most headbands are the same width all the way around and curl up or creep up the back of your head only to come off. The last thing I want to do in the middle of my run or my workout is to be putting my headband on over and over!

FIT and Fabulous

After my somewhat sweaty run (which was a run/walk to test my bum ankle!) Bondi Band Still intact, still holding, still fabulous!

The give away:

Just put you on my google reader. Uh, was that a BANANA CLIP in the picture? I haven't seen one of those since high school! (My heart is beating a little fast. I was dismayed when they went out of style!)
Anyhoo, going to stay on here a bit longer and lurk. (Does that earn me an additional entry for kissing up? LOL)

I would love to try this. I like my chin length cut, but it's too short for a pony and most headbands slip out during a run.

I have always wanted to try Bondi Bands... for running especially. It seems like I always have these "baby hairs" that fall in my face and are soaked with sweat. They drive me crazy!

I would use the Boni Band for running. It may be the only thing that could keep my sweaty fly aways out of my face since it's so nice and big!

I would love to win a band! I've never found one that will stay in my fine hair. I'd use it when running.

jessicavogel said...

OMG! I want a Bondi Band! That wouldbe perfect for yoga. My bangs are half grown out and always getting in my face. It kills the calm when I have to push them out of my face every 5 minutes!

QuickFit said...

I would love to try these! I have tried everything for when I run to keep my hair back and they always fall off. Once I thought a guy was trying to attack me when I was running but he was just trying to give my hairband back! (opps sorry dude) I also love the sayings on it. I cant believe I am just hearing about them! :) I would also love to write about them on my blog! :)
